hey whats up you guys? i was on the Half life wiki and i saw some pretty good concept art for combine soldiers and i was wondering if someone could skin and make a NPC for garrys mod for each of these soldiers.

All combines have been turned friendly a loooong time ago by several mods. One would suggest google.

I actually haven't seen all of those concepts, so thanks for the link. I might try to make a few on those more exotic-looking ones.

Both have been done. "Raising the bar" and "beta" are the usual wildcard suspects.
