Hey guys! Can anyone here port ganondorf from super smash bros melee to sfm/gmod? I looked high and low for his model and this is the closest I could find:

he's pretty convincing
Also I want to mention, I have no knowledge of 3d modeling/stuff like that, so if I sound stupid, you know why.
Well I downloaded the file and I found this program called "BRRES Viewer" and imported the ganon. And I used that to export him to a bunch of textures and a .md5mesh. I found some script that uses 3ds max to convert it to a .obj or whatever you want. https://www.mediafire.com/?msifyh8k9l7ll7k
I converted ganon to .obj and opened it up again and he looks like this:

so im just gonna dump everything I described here: https://www.mediafire.com/?pjf2d338b1lmq8q
I have no clue if this helps anybody, hope it does and if not, its teh thought that counts eh?
working on it
There is also the "Great King of Evil Ganondorf" found here

Thanks! however there are a few problems, he shows up invisible in sfm and he is extremely blocky in gmod (I think i can use the camera settings in sfm to fix this, I think its a lighting/antialiasing problem)
i dont know anything about sfm, this is gmod only, and this is how he was in blender as well,i cant fix the blockiness
Smoothing normals should fix the problem. Unfortunately I don't know how to do this in Blender, but it's most likely possible.
blender has 2 options, flat and smooth, when i exported,i had it set on smooth, and thats how it came out in gmod.I got no idea how to fix it,but i dont see how thats a big problem, since from the picture i uploaded,he looks fine, and its a zoomed picture
I've downloaded the model and it appears that a folder is missing, it should be models\ganondorfmelee\ instead of models\. That's the reason why model didn't show up in SFM, it didn't work in the model viewer for me too untill I moved the models to a "ganondorfmelee" folder.
And upon seeing the model I can say that this is surely not okay. The smoothing doesn't seem to be applied to most parts of the model, which is a serious problem. The model looks weird and unnatural this way.
Also leaving vmt files with just $basetexture is not really a good idea, you can at least add "$halflambert" "1".
to smooth a model in blender select your mesh switch to edit mode select all of the triangles/faces go to the left side of the screen scroll down till you see a box labeled shading and click smooth then export as normal

i really dont know all this complicated stuff,im at a beginner level of ragdolling.I dont know how to add the half lamberts and the smoothing. So i cant really fix it.
edit:it was in smooth mode,i can send you the .blend file
ok let me see
edit: i can't do to much however i have other projects i must work on

ok so his rectangular acne is fixable all i did was run him through some basic fixers in blender all located in the left side menu in edit mode
1st is remove doubles to remove any separated faces which can sometimes give the appearance of flat shading
2nd is normals recalculate to make sure the faces are all facing out wards
3rd is the shading smooth
and it worked for me
before
