They'd have to find or model the glasses and headphones and hat, which would be a pain in the ass.
the hat and head phones don't need to be done but the glasses wouldn't have to be very detailed.

Isn't the baseball hat in that pack from CSS?
not sure but i don't have CSS i only have hl2
maybe someone could take the hat from CSS or the tf2 scout and include the textures
and take the headphones from the scout and edit it a bit
this could be good practice for someone
