What he does is uses a jetpack to fly up into the air , then smashes down on the world trade center.
If anyone could be bothered making this , they'd automatically get epic status

I loved this game when I was younger and I'd like to make him but all the reference images are just too blurry to make out the shape. See if you can find some higher resolution images.
