The old thread doesn't seem to be around here anymore, so I'm making a new one.
I've made a small program that takes Titan Quest's .msh and .tex files and dumps them as COLLADA and .dds. The meshes come with fully ported weights, normals and UVs, only the textures aren't linked and the scale is probably very far off from gmod's units.
The only problem: I can't compile models at all and I'm terrible with 3D software.
The developers used some really strange method for indexing the bones, so you'd have to fix the weights using MeshView.
If you have that game and want to port them, just [URL="https://content.wuala.com/contents/Tamschi/Public/Loader.exe?key=zlmhz0wrlonu"][U]download the loader[/U][/URL], save it somewhere you will find it again later and launch it.
