Guide to porting CS:GO viewmodels & animations to CS:S/Gmod?

I know I'm probably late on the topic, but after multiple searches I can't find a guide to explain how to get CS:GO models and use them and their animations is CS:S or Garry's Mod.

Please, if anyone has a link to a detailed guide, or a would write out a guide here, I would be indebted to you.
