It's a nice tool thsat allows you to hex models. It will go great with the skins :v: And you could add the PSD's instead of TGA's, because people still have to separate the layers and stuff...

There are lots of different links to the 33Rd Troop dudes, and the imrpoved version are still in WiP, check Ninja's profile and you will see images of them, but no release yet.
