How to make a giant ragdoll (Require assistance)

I know how to do this but i make some problem.

First need to decompilate model. In qc. file in first plase need type "$scale 1.0". On place "1.0" need type how many times increased the ragdoll.

But when I want compilated a files I get a message with error about

I realized, this strings about eyes and face posing and deleted them

Model was compilated and I put it in GMod. But model does not have the eye and face posing !!!

How to good complited the giant model with eye and face posing ?

I don't think scaled ragdolls can have faceposing/eyeposing/fingerposing.

That's the "other stuff to do" I mentioned earlier. I don't know about the female scout but ragdolls with special jigglebones or the such need more things to do (according to the author of that tut).

I get that error too sadly. Would be nice if someone knew the solution

Its best to drop the Idea, even with the Link to a site which tells you how, there are too many errors with it and just a pain in the ass.

The scale thing on that website worked just fine for me. If you follow the instructions it should work for you too. Here it is again so it's clear what I'm talking about:

The only reason to go through any of this though is if the model has faceposing, because this method allows you to keep it. There's an easier method for when it doesn't have faceposing but I'm not exactly sure what it is. This method DOES work though.

Its not its wrong tutorial its just more difficult to understand with just Pictures. Then come across Errors and not one or anyone has the answer to fix it.
It talks about downloading this, setting this up and making folders, but when it comes to errors, we got nothing.

Prefer a Video of it to follow along with sorta real time instead going by the pictures -_-
If this was a easy understanding site...why is it I haven't seen anyone doing it? Much like people asking for models they find off models-resource.com, Its already .smd but no one knows how to create dolls or props from that, reason they ask.

I didn't get it to work, that's the problem. I just tried scaling three completely different models and they all come out as effects.
