Don't make this a habit.
Since it never appeared in-game (only in FMV cutscenes), someone would have to make a custom model of it. Which definitely lowers its chance of being ported. Kinda like the Lemmings that BenjaminTennison wanted (sorry, dude).
I can only make Lowpoly models, so I'm not sure if that would suffice as a ragdoll..
