Hexing personal skin - Developers

ok so i made a personal skin but i need to hex it can someone help me so how does it work i need to send you the files you hex them and then you send them back and i upload it? i cant put pictures because the model is with short sleeves thanks for helpers.

You can't put pictures because the model is with short sleeves? Besides that, idk how to do this or at-least I think I don't.

I could do this but I would like to see a picture or two, just to get an idea of what I'd be working with?

look if i overwrite the hl2 citizen_sheet it looks like this [URL=http://filesmelt.com/][IMG]http://filesmelt.com/dl/gm_flatgrass00011.jpg[/IMG][/URL] that's why i need it hexed

But that doesn't make any sense. Even if you hexed it, the result would be all the same. It looks to me like you're trying to put a wrong skin on to a wrong model.

Where is the shirt in that sheet? I'm guessing its the black part... Your problem might be that the darkness is actually transparency and not the color black. Post of a picture of the other side (backside) of the rebel. Because it does appear to be that only the shirt is messed up... And arms

Yeah, that's pretty much what I expected to see. And, about changing the color. Only do this if you know exactly where the shirt needs to be, and I would recommend saving the original in another place in case this messes everything up even more.
