does anyone know how to open a .CHR file, 3ds max has the option to but any i try just say "Failed To Open File"

2 games ive encountered .chr files in the "characters" folder War Of The Monsters for PS2 and Supercow for PC/Xbox 360, and i have noesis on my computer, if i go to the folder the files are in, i don't have an option to import/load/select them at all

probably because it doesn't support those files, you might be out of luck.
