Can someone help me? i downloaded some of the alyx skins and i can't find them in gmod. What do i do?
They usually replace Alyx, unless they're stated to be "hexed", in which case they appear as a normal, separate, model.
Since this question pops up so often, they almost never come with spawnlists, so you'll have to browse to find the models directly.

Yup.
I they were hexed then you'll have to bring up the spawn menu and go to "Browse" and manually search for the Models.
If not, simply spawn an Alyx model.
