edit: small fix for packs 1 and 2 as well as spawn icons for pack 1 linked at the bottom of this post.
This is my first attempt at converting anything to gmod... so just something simple here =)
each pack contains 20 models decompiled and recompiled into working NPCs with spawnlist icons (Combine and Ally scripts included) / Player models, as well as spawnlist for the ragdolls by me, just plop it into your addons folder!
All models are from S-Low's website (yes I asked him before uploading here) and although some models may already be uploaded, I did not steal anyone's work and compiled all the models myself.
Disclaimer : Not all of the animations will look perfect because these were rigged for CS:S and then converted to GMOD, but most look good (fatter models sometimes clip and some models hold their guns in off positions)

You hexed Scarecrow right? Check the folders if they have the same name

He hasn't knicked them if thats what you mean.
Edit: They don't have cs_fix.mdl in them, so i'd be supprised if they worked as playermodels. Also can anyone who's got them tell me if they work in game as I don't really want to put another 171 MB of stuff i'm not going to use into my addons folder.

I know there was player models already around- To be quite honest I just wanted npcs and since converting the models to player models as well as npcs was an extra 30 seconds per model I figured i would do that too even though most of them have already been uploaded. I've already converted over 110 of s-lows models into working npcs, I just haven't had the time to upload them since I only upload at 10 kbs =)
I just went through and tested all of the models (I think) in this pack as player models w/ the hoverboard mod to make sure they were animating and they all worked fine for me, no clue about what they look like in multiplayer though since I never play multiplayer.
also, if anyone can explain how to make icons for the npc spawn list for the next packs I would really appreciate it, I did some searches but couldn't find anything.

VTF texture file of the bust of the model of 256x256 (you can have any picture that is square really but I find this helps Identification best), then the VMT has this:

Yes, same version as me. The npc and player animations have the same format, just have different animation sets when compiled- which is why there is models in the /models/ folder and then what appears to be copies of the same ones in the /models/player/ folder- they both are setup to use the same set of textures, but the player model lua points to the /models/players/ folder and uses those animations while the npc lua point to the just /models/
Also thanks, that worked perfectly for the icon :D next packs will have spawn icons then if I can find a time where I have that many hours I can leave my computer uploading xD

Ah, I didn't see the player folder :P Why not just have all the anims in one model? It works perfectly well and means you only have one set of models not two (saves on space).

FFFFF I just tried it and it does work... haha. I was under the impression that they each needed their own sets of models because the animations overlapped or something like when a model has a walk sequence left in there and you add in npc animations for example.... Well on the brightside it was only copies of the mdl and such files which are rather small, the textures is where all of the filesize is at and they were setup to use the same ones. This makes me wonder why so many models are compiled without npc animations though..... (and the reason I assumed all of this was because I looked at a couple packs of compiled npc / player packs and they were setup with two folders of the same models like I have)
I have no idea why they don't either (though I bet PMod has something to do with it, everything that messes up playermodels stems back to that from what i've seen), but i'm guessing on lazyness :P

Yes, Fatty and the hellknight are from doom 3, the quake 4 models are different... you can see them on the last image on the far left. - the one with the green and the sleeveless guy are from quake 4 I believe.-
Oh, its an Marine , but i dont have seen any other from Q4, and i know all Stroggs and Marines.
