There's this new server that runs New Vegas RP, it's Infusiongaming.net.
I often build very realistic looking, bad (in the good way) looking buildings that look exactly like what you'd expect in an apocalypse scenario. So what I would like is some props that would assist me in building wrecked - looking buildings, such as :
Concrete wall (same thing as the wooden fence)
Concrete wall w/ window (same thing as wooden fence)
wooden fence w/ window (same thing as the wooden fence but with a window)
Metal fence (same thing as wooden fence but with metal instead)
Wood fire prop unlit (Just a cross of wooden planks)
Wood fire prop lit (The same thing as the last one, but with it being lit.)
lean-to (Google it if you don't know what a lean-to is. I want the kind that is very basic and made out of sticks, not the one that is nice and made out of planks.)
Tent (should be enterable)
Sleeping bag
Trailer house (Should be enterable, and small. It should look like the one in gm_atomic)
Wooden floor ( Take the width of a double wooden fence prop, and square that. That's what the size should be. This will let you make small wooden homes in the wastelands that actually have a floor. )
Small tower ( Should look like the towers in gm_atomic. Really appreciate it if it's climbable, but since it's a prop, I'll doubt that, but perhaps the server will allow people to spawn entities, and ladders are entities. )

You can make climbable props, as I have one, but i'm not entirely sure how to make one (I presume its got something to do with keyvalues though).
Can't you use PHX to make most of this stuff, just retexture it to the type wanted (is what my friend who does alot of building does).
Those would require lots of phx props, serious rp servers dont have material tool as it promotes mingeforts, and wood fences arent in the same proportion as phx props. Plus i would need to use tools to make that stuff. And serious rp servers dont have phx as it promotes making forts and stuff, plus its serious rp not build rp.

And there aren't many useful materials to make something look realistic and wastelandish
