I always thought the Combine needed more ragdolls, and I noticed that the Jinrai guys from Neotoyko looked pretty nice, so I reskinned them into somthing a bit more Combine.

It does look like a good prison-guard replacement.
No, they are hexed as in they don't replace the other Neotoyko skins if you DL'ed them.

Because that would make sense :P and wouldn't be as cool (It's these designers you see, the modellers probberly told them that it was silly and were made to make them have it ^^)
