How i can export colors like red,blue,white,black,orange,itp. when i use this colors in 3ds max to color my model.
If somebody help tell me !

I know how export smd and put it to mdl file.But i dont know how put colors used in my model to vtf
You have to make them in Paint or another program as a 1x1 pixel square and export it then apply it to your model, has the same effect just then you actually have a texture for them ^^
Edit: Oh yea forgot that, they need to be a BMP, JPEG, PNG or TGA when you export but i'd go for BMP they seem to work best for non-transparent colours (TGA for ones with alpha transparency).
it's called a texture a separate file (e.g. .png or .jpeg ect) then that is applied to the model, and for source it is made into a vtf an having a vmt that tells the engine what to do with it ect
