okay, so the lower jaw and inner-mouth are not ragdolled. that's definitely something for you guys to do next version. also, how big is the PredAlien model? because in-game he was a bit larger than the Predator. definitely bigger than the traditional alien.

In gmod he is a lot larger then the standard Alien.

Btw, I don't like the way you set up the skeleton for this model, it's collisions are off. It looks awesome, except posing gets to be an issue in some cases, especially when you want to make movies with them. I would be making a movie with this model if the skeleton and collisions were more correct. Awesome model, however some things need to be fixed, and yes, I am aware that you're on the first version.

I would like some self-collision for this great looking model aswell. And the phong
is absolutely ok that way.
Also, would it be possible to give the tail more bones? It looks very "edgy" if you try to pose the tail.

on the plus side its only masks for predators (with no bones), so it should be fast, although i am not sure how hard it is to bodygroup it

you should try and get an svn. that would be sex.
