Can Any One Help Me With Tomb Raider: Underworld Lara Croft Model?

So I asked Roland to do Lara Croft from TR: Underworld and he seemed busy, but couldn't finish it so he gave me the files and so on:

not sure about the second, but those were the files Roland sent me so yea if any one can help and get this working for Garry's Mod I'd be happy. :)
