Aw shit. I would have loved to have given you the source files for Sam so you can even compile him with face posing, but I was forced to reformat awhile back and I lost all of my files for it + many other projects. If you decompile him now, which is possible, I think you would have to remake the face flexes for him as I hear decompiled face flexes or custom models don't work.

hahaha I was thinking that he looked a little bit like Frank West too.
What do you use to decompile? For some reason it tells me the model can't be loaded. Maybe because you use orange box's sdk? I use ep1... Shame your hdd crashed, sorry to heard that, thanks for the thought though. (If for some reason I can't figure out why it wont decompile could you do it and send me the files?)
You have to use the hexing application XVI32 to open the .MDL, then the first 5 letters of it should be "IDST0" and you would need to change that to "IDST,"
