Espionage wars model-hack and re-skin request

I've just found out about Espionage wars and I hope to join fairly soon.
There is just one problem...I can't re-skin or model hack, one of the fundamental parts of Espionage wars.
I'm hoping someone could re-skin a set of Alexvestin's MW2 operators , they are of brilliant quality and are the perfect bases for my PMCs.
I have a faction planned out with a back story and an idea for the uniform color scheme.
My faction will be called the Red Sheath Corporation or R.S.C

The uniform will be a light grey and maroon Hexagonal pattern.
The armor will be maroon with RSC, in black, bold lettering across the back of the Kevlar vest.
Any backpacks or magazine holders etc I would like to be in the same shade of grey as used with the uniform.

Let know if you want to take on the job and I'll be happy to help with anything like designing, just nothing technical, and I shall give you credit (as well as the model creators) when I upload them for F T

I may change the models I want to use for FT's mercenaries he uploaded to the workshop, could be more work involved in terms of re-skinning, and I may need someone to model hack a gas mask and make it a body-group, as it stands the offer still holds for the job, as I said before, I can only give artistic/design input as I cannot model hack or re-skin for my life, can't start anytime soon...if ever

F T doesn't want anyone using his mercenaries so I guess its back to the MW2 operators.
