For your .VMT, try replacing your forward slashes (/) with backslashe (\) instead. Although it normally shouldn't cause any problems, some compiled models tend to be a little spastic if you use the wrong slash in your .VMT when viewing the model in a model viewer. If that doesn't work, upload your compiled model and textures and I'll take a look at them on my end.
Check the texture name in the reference smd.
Tried flipping slashes in the vmt path, still nothing. also texture name in the smd what
Tried flipping slashes in the vmt path, still nothing. also texture name in the smd what
Open the smd up in wordpad or notepad or something. If you scroll down you'll see something like,
wariSS10.png 0 2233.417480 -472.997131 5384.351563 0.382657 0.923891 -0.000014 0.243164 -0.250000 1 0 1.000000 0 2271.828369 -488.906921 5331.101563 0.382651 0.923893 -0.000019 0.402344 -0.500000 1 0 1.000000 0 2246.270264 -478.322052 5331.101563 0.382634 0.923900 -0.000033 0.402344 -0.250000 1 0 1.000000 wariSS10.png 0 2271.828369 -488.906921 5331.101563 0.382651 0.923893 -0.000019 0.402344 -0.500000 1 0 1.000000 0 2233.417480 -472.997131 5384.351563 0.382657 0.923891 -0.000014 0.243164 -0.250000 1 0 1.000000 0 2284.685303 -494.231903 5384.351563 0.382667 0.923886 -0.000006 0.243164 -0.500000 1 0 1.000000
WariSS10 should be the name of your vmt, or whatever else is in that.
I ctrl+f'd "Wari," "vmt," "vtf," and "png" in notepad++ and got no results so I'm guessing its what you guys mentioned. Can you walk me through how to fix this?

I found a list of coordinates similar to the one in your image but instead of a texture name, it just says "Material" above each one.

Alright, will post results when I get home, thanks.
Sorry for delay. After I got back, I had to work, sleep, etc. Also, what Stiffy suggested worked perfectly. Thanks, guys. But also, in case you guys are still on this thread, can you explain why my model disappears when the camera is too close or the fov is too low? [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/wkaUo6t.png[/thumb]
