Well, I've been trying to make Nude characters for my mod, but it ended up looking bad.
I need someone to give me a hand, creating nude characters with cop hats and a penis attached via jigglebone.

it was in one of the threads in the Valve and other games discussion a while ago. thats just what i've peaced together and can remember.
