Can someone rig this Postal 2 Krotchy model?

After a hunt through the meshes folder with no success,I got some help from Nexus. He told me about exporting files without animations and which files I can't export, I managed to find the Krotchy file. Now I saved it in a 3D Max file, converted the textures, scaled, smoothed, and placed the textures on him. Now I wanna know if someone can ragdoll him and apply finger posing. The scaling might need to be adjusted, I suck at scaling
