Any way to extract them yet?
It is possible to port models from DA:I 'cos TheMask has already ported a creature from there. Well, I could possibly port Characters and some stuff, but I don't have enough time (I'm too lazy) to do that. (You will need to capture whole scene in game and then import it into 3ds max (you have to find UV coords) also it won't export bones and rigs so you'll have to rig it yourself) 2: some scripts for Noesis. (Extract all files from .cas .cat files (about 50-70 gigabytes) and using dainiuxxx scripts and tools you'll be able to import them into 3ds max, imports UV coords, skeleton and rig)
There's some links in this thread, as well as some links to downloads for already extracted stuff.
