Help fix this Lei Fang model

Hey there guys,

I have finally found another DOA model that is Lei Fang in her casual attire, but the problem of this model is that she doesn't have Face posing, Finger posing or even Eye posing. I wanted to use this model in my future pictures and movies, but without those three gives me a bad disadvantage. Does anyone in this site knows how to rig this model and give her the three posing because not only it will help me but it will help others who might need this model.
