I tried converting these MMD models to SFM/Gmod but I have no idea what I'm doing. can someone do this for me?

brother I can only convert it to the obj format boneless , you can try to ask for another format for the guy who created this model think so is more easy

Well I can get them into Blender correctly (if that's part of your problem), but right now I'm busy porting some other stuff to source.
I can probably port them to source for you later.
