Lord Fredrik model (Tropical Freeze) Request, and curiosity

I've been looking into trying out downloading the WUD myself, but every file I find is corrupt in the ZIP files, and dumps are hard to come by.

I have a 3DS max script and PakTool that can rip DKCR CMDL models, and since TF uses the same engine and what looks like a similar package (RAR files in multiple parts, it's as far as I got), I was wondering if I could rip him out there using that. Does TF use PAK / CMDL like Returns or am I way off base?
