I have the textures, someone turn this into a functional ragdoll!

I made the skin by editing the citizen_sheet and the mike_facemap, but i just don't know how to make everything work because i'm a retard.
It's a personal skin. I want it in addon form if possible so it doesn't change any existing models and is easy to modify.
