I want to change the sound which comes from your feet when walking, for example, when you're inside a vent, you hear yourself walking on a metal material etc.
I searched google and the wiki, but i didn't find anything.

The sound when walking on a material is set in the textures VMT. I thinks it the "$surfaceprop" "metal" when walking inside a went, set it to your liking and it should work.
Soundscripts..
Check out the scripts folder, there should be a text file called: game_sounds_physics.txt.
You should find what you're looking for there.
