Okay, so you know how the original skeleton lacks hands and feet, right? Well there's another ragdoll similar to the skeleton, but it has hands and feet, and it's from Elevator: Source. The problem with that ragdoll, though, is that it's got some pretty shitty rigging, lacks fingerposing and jaw posing, and it's pretty stiff and difficult to pose since the model was never intended for posing.

I would like a model that's kinda like the skeleton from Elevator: Source, but more posable and with better rigging.
I got the model from toybox, by the way. The model path is "models/player/skeleton.mdl", if you didn't know. I believe the textures are found in "materials/models/skeleton", possibly including the hands and feet.
