I started working on one, but I tested it in-game and it turned out looking pretty bad. The arm bands look painted on and the ends don't line up when they loop around his arms, and the "sleeves" of his shirt also look bad when they wrap around. I was hoping somebody here could try it. I can post what I have so far if it helps.
