They already released upgraded ones, just search for them.

Well for instance, it's female, And there's no female's in the original blacklight releases aswell as the tango down ones.

only thing's upgraded where Blacklight: tango down models. there is no weapon releases/upgrades afaik.
The weapons shown in the pictures are from neotokyo. and they were the ones upgraded.

The phong is neat, but having worked with these files myself, I think it could be better.

Just because the outfits aren't skintight/painted on doesn't mean they're not female. Not many practical combat armor outfits have breasts crafted in to them.
