This model was imported from xnalara to 3ds max with plug-in
I've got problem around skirts texture
View from XNA everything look perfectly

But when i import to 3ds max it look like texture is missing or something

Those are the back side of the faces which usually aren't drawn since in most cases, they aren't seen. Usually in 3ds max they show up black but perhaps they're invisible to you due to a difference in version or render type. They'll show up invisible in-game like that though, which is normal. To fix this via model, give the skirt a third dimension with the easiest method being to split the skirt and use the shell modifier. The standard method however is to just use $nocull in the material which renders the texture on both sides of the face (though if the textures are split, only use this in necessary areas such as the skirt and perhaps sleeves or other articles of clothing that show the other side).
