The title says it all. How do I make skins with paint.net? I got the VTF file plugin for it. Any easy and simple tut for me?
...im guessing no?
its posibble. Im using paint.net for skinning but i dont got any tuts, sorry :(
VTFEdit, convert texture, open with Paint.net, edit it, convert it back and place it in the right folder.
There are tons of plugins for paint.net for making textures.

Really, I just google search an image, copy it, any paste it onto the skin.
Edit the image I copied by fixing the size and shape, cut off edges, etc.
i know i got the vtf plugin and everything. but how do i skin without making it look realy bad?

Just practice with different techniques until you find a result that you're happy with.

If its invisible make sure that the first line in the VMT says "VertexlitGeneric" if it doesn't thats why its invisible and you must change it so it does say it :P
