• Help with jointmerge

So I made a model and compiled it successfully and to keep the legs from stretching to infinity since there are no actual bones connecting the upper legs to the lower back, I've used the jointmerge command to bind them together. While it looked fine in the modelviewer, when I loaded it into gmod, the legs were twisted at weird angles. Was this because of how I jointmerged the bones or the model itself?
