TF2 Halloween Props

Could someone make Halloween props from effect to normal prop?
For instance: medic bar, medic pie.
And also if someone would do that , I'd like to have resized a bit. Let's say from 1 to 0,6 size scale

I know this is a bit stupid but I hate effect props It's just more annoying when you need to make quickly screenshots and to pose.
