I have BFP4F t90 model but it's so small....so I tried to change its size in qc file but I couldn't.....
You'll need to edit the model itself directly through a 3D modeling program. 3DS Max, Milkshape, or Blender would be suitable for that.

The BFP4F T-90 is more or less the correct size. It's only a bit thinner than it should be, since a T-90 is 3.80m wide, but the BFP4F T-90 is only 3.5m. But apart from that, it's as long as it should be, and as tall as it should be.
Umm....but I need more subtle texture model...
