I requested this model a while back because it was my character in Fallout 3 and I had intended to do some poses with it, but never got around to it. I'm surprised Dean didn't release this model himself, because it's fucking awesome; in any case, it should come in handy for poses involving United States Army Generals in cold places. The only reason I'm releasing this here is because I read the request thread again and noticed that someone wanted it, and DrDean seemed to be okay with me releasing it.

you have to extract all the Fallout 3 stuff from the .bsas and put it in your addons folder or it won't work
