How do you hex multiple versions of one skin?

I'm attempting to make two sweps with both version's of this skin: [url]http://www.fpsbanana.com/skins/98890[/url]

Ive already finished hexing the world models and view models. But the other files keep mixing up.
I was wondering if i forgot to do anything. Ive only been hexing for a few days now also.
