How similar are models between games, anyway? It's kind of amazing you can just take a model, tweak it and such to give it faceposing, and use it on a different engine. Are sizes normalized too, or do you have to scale them down or up?

Models can be, and almost always must be, scaled either up or down depending on the size it was in prior\originally.
