Could someone help with some East German skins? (Will be used in a gamemode)

If it would be possible to hex these onto a citizen model and convert them to .mdls (preferably usable in OpenAura), please post an explanation here, and if you are willing to help me with hexing these, I would highly appreciate it, even moreso if you would actually guide me along on teamviewer or a program of the sort. Thanks!
