Well, if you wanted an npc as well you could get a citizen and put the Sean skin over it and for playermodels, that is done however it is done, i think that is done by coding
Like I said, I need the model ported from the game, that or a skin made of him including the clothing such as the hat and such. Although the actual model would be highly preferred.
