anyone managed to extract 3d models from TASM2? because i dont see none of TASM2 only custom made :/ aaand if possible to extract can someone do it? i dont seem to find the TASM script
Is that out yet? I've just started using ninja ripper last night to rip but not gonna bother if someone in the XPS community is doing it.

I don't know, how, too=(, so I send them to a "friend"
Probably the red "normal maps" are the red channel of the bumpmap. You would then see if either the diffuse or the red bump (or perhaps specular) texture files have an alpha channel that looks similar to the red one. You would then greyscale that, probably invert the green channel texture (either the red one or the alpha one), create a 3rd image that's solid white (that's the blue channel now) and combine all 3 channels together in RGB to create your normal map.

When I tried TASM2 w/ ninjaripper, the "bump maps" would only have 1 channel with the normal map. The alpha, red and blue would be blank, so I'm missing a very important piece of them. So I just caved and used Texmod to extract the normal maps and switched the channels around.

They're supposed to be orange from Texmod, that's how they'r emade for the game to accomodate the engine, but when you rip them with Texmod, they have the necessary channels to manually fix them in PHotoshop, but when you rip it with Ninja Ripper, they do not.

okay seems importing only one number doesnt work so you have to for example carnage is 0064 and spider carnage 0068 then you type 0064-0068 and volia you got his model ( you watch from the textures ) i had similar probs with uncle ben and the store owner and now fixed :D
