Street signs and Props

Hey I just need some signs for streets and lamp posts and all that.
Like billboards, street lights, hydrants, signs, litter bins/cans.
That's all anyone know where i can find a pack of this? or is anyone willing to make something like this?

I know L4D has pretty much all of those, so look up gm_mount2 or find a prop pack on GMod.org.
