Mattias Nilsson from Mercenaries 2 to gmod as player model. !!!MODEL ALREADY RIPPED!!!

Hello, i saw a post recently with Mattias playable model for gta 4:

So i was wondering could someone pls take that model of Mattias Nillson and make him a player model in Gmod? It would really mean a lot to me, i would do it myself but i have no idea how and due to my job i have not much free time :/ I also saw some combine soldiers on that site so i think that Mattias model could be convert and be used in Gmod, thnx in advance for your time :)
