Looking for a complete clean extraction of male_shared.mdl with QC!

Since I can't seem to find any help on fixing the (cannonfodder's; yes everything is setup correctly, bin/ep1/bin, IDST0 -> IDST, the problem is I get the "has stopped working error"; I even tried the fixed version, same error) mdldecompiler, does anyone have a file list of all the male_shared.mdl (OR A LINK) that are WORKING (please verify in blender or 3ds max that the animations work) and a compatible compile-able QC file? There's about 400+ animations for the NPC I just need them all or a link to a .zip, thanks.

Simply:

I need a working decompile of Male_shared.mdl (working animations)
or
solutions to fix the "has stopped working" error in cannonfodder's decompiler and/or the fixed version so I can see if that extracts them.
or
A better decompiler. Crowbar decompiles male_shared.mdl but none of the animations work.
