Step1: Download the file
Step2: open the file
Step3: drag and drop the addons folder into your main garrysmod/garrysmod folder
Step4: go in-game and into browse, then scroll down until you see the model's addon name
Step5: navagate through the folders and find the model
Step6: Enjoy!

Fingers are a bit strange and there might be some clipping in areas.
His face posing isn't complete yet
His eyes are a little bit weird, just a little bit.

Face posing (limited), Eye posing, Finger posing, bodygroups for helmet and gear.
Crotch pad is ragdolled
ent_fire !picker skin # to change his uniform/gear from dry to wet
ent_fire !picker setbodygroup # to change his helmet/remove gear.

Yeah, But I can't releasing it. sry becuz I'm only put .vmt formets
so texture routes are get tangled.
