Hi Im not sure if this is the right place to post this (sorry if it isnt) but can anyone make a mario and a sackboy playermodel?
ive seen the actual rigged ragdolls and i think it would just be amazing if someone could do this...
*yes i know that shotgunguy has made mario playermodels but... uhh well theyre kinda big*
Also people say that you cant really make small playermodels but I have the Sonic Heros Playermodels and those arent over-sized... so im confused.
If anyone can help me out or can clear up a few points for me it would be glady appreciated
(unrelated question*)
Is it possible to make signatures if so how?
To make a playermodel, you have to make it fit the HL2 skeleton. Unless you want it stretched out, there's no way to do it.
there are already mario playermodels here: http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=71993
Unless you want a big ass Sackboy, NO!
well.... those mario playermodels are HUGE... the sonic playermodels are roughly the same size as the sackboy and the mario ragdolls... so how are the sonic players good with the hl2 skeleton?

Because Sonic characters have long, skinny legs and arms.
You could easily fit them on the HL2 rig with a little mesh editing.
But Mario characters have short, stubby legs and arms, you'll need to enlarge the entire model for it to even fit on the HL2 skeleton.
ok ummm well.... if not mario could you at least use the sackboy?
just make him a little bigger? not as enlarged as mario then?
Couldn't you just use a decimal scale value to make the model smaller, as surely the anims will still work (if rigged to Valve Biped skeleton) as that's what the sonic heroes ones have (I think, i've not got round to decompiling them to check).
Can anyone do what the guy above said? Or at least check if it works
