Converting a CS:S Model to a Face-Poseable Ragdoll

Hey, everyone. I found this model made by TechKnow and I want to use it to make comics. Only problem is, it isn't face- or finger-poseable. When I spawn it in GMod, it also doesn't act like a ragdoll but I managed to fix that by replacing its .phy file with one from the female citizen models. So far, so good, but I was hoping someone here could help me rig it up to be face- and finger-poseable as well? Oh, and is there any way to make the eyes not so ridiculously shiny?
