I have a question referring to a weapon worldmodel. What is necessary that others see the reload animation?

The "word model" reload is included in the player model animations
Hmm okay but I use some CS:GO Skins on my server and the reload animation of some weapons does not work. Other people see the weapon idling. What can I do?
